I suggest you...

Show Domains Over Quota in Cloud Sites

Create the ability to see which domains are over quota (storage, traffic & compute cycles). It would also be great if customers & admins could be emailed when domains go over quota.

I'm holding back my clients until this is available. Does Rackspace supply comments back to these requests?

In my opinion, this is a must, not a feature. It really is a handicap and a headache when the administrator cannot see the sites that exceed the limits in one screen. Or, at least, get a notification. PLEASE do this.

Any update on this? I'm currently planning to bring 260 sites across to Rackspace and the lack of this feature is concerning me...

Yes - this is badly needed, especially the notification emails. Without that Admins have 1 more task to do... constantly checking who's over quota.

Even having an API for Cloud Sites, similar to what is already there for Cloud Files and Cloud Servers would be helpful. If Rackspace is unable to create a notification solution, having an API would allow us to create our own system of alerts, reports and notification. Currently the only way I can delegate the task of keeping an eye on CPU / Bandwidth usage for my Cloud Sites is by sharing my main userid and password with someone else. This is inherently an insecure method of monitoring the CPU and Bandwidth.

Yes, there could be some granular control over: per site basis, e-mail warnings to the client on a per site basis, notice to overall admin, auto-disable with some kind of "grace period".

It would also be great to be able to suspend on website basis and not whole client who may have many other sites
