  A nice addtion to this would be the option to not get paper invoices. I don't run a bussines off my Rackspace site so when I get an statment saying I own you 0$ this month because your auto-billing already took my money It is just a waste of paper. I know rackspace is tryign to go green and this would be a big improvment.

  Agree with others here, we need to be able to set an email address (for accounting) that automatically is sent every month a PDF of the invoice. This is CRITICAL as it wastes my time EVERY month to do this myself. Almost EVERY other system offers functionality like this.

  As you already send a email that a invoice is there it shouldnt be hard for a fanatical support to add the pdf in the attachment. Seriously.

  The account is setup for the IT Administrators and we DO NOT want accounting to be able to log in and be able to change settings. All we want is an e-mail sent to the accounting department with the invoice.

  Seriously. My company is new to Rackspace. I was shocked to learn that this was not an option. Every other company that we do business with can do this. For a tech company, this looks really bad. I feel like I'm wasting my time by posting a comment, but when everybody else out there has been fighting the fight.... Hopefully soon we'll see that fanatical support they keep telling us about.

  nice, but aswell as pdf send some of the details on the invoice as plain text, especially the amount the bill is for

  To be fair to Gui, they already send an email every month saying the invoice is available, and they already generate PDFs, so it's not exactly a huge undertaking we are requesting here.

  C'mon folks, this is ridiculous. 451 votes for a feature request added more than 1 year ago, and something that takes 30 minutes to implement, and not a single response?

  Is Rackspace really serious about receiving community feedback?

  Wow, all this discussion and still not even in the planned phase. Maybe Rackspace has fanatical support when the **** hits the fan, but there customer service is antiquated and embarrassing.

  Why do you feature a "billing" contact in the user's panel, if you're not able to supply invoices to them? Not even as a primary contact I'm getting a e-mail, but I'm getting bad calls from our accounting for missing invoices. So please add automated invoices by e-mail.
