Allow adding more than one contact email address for notifications
When Rackspace alerts/notifications are sent via email, they are only sent to the primary contact, no matter how many other contact email you have added. It would be great to be able to select more than one email address where these are sent to. Primary contacts are mostly CEOs or CFOs who will not be monitoring and forwarding emails to technical areas for instance. Thanks!

That at least you should give 2 Gb Space to each email id hosted at your Cloud hosting,
This is not new idea, but it is necessary for Cloud hosting resellers like us to provide this service to our end customer other wise we will loose our business to google. You already know that google is providing free Google apps support where you can create 50 Email id of 7 GB Each, Which is at par services .
Many people are attracted towards this free and world class services and moved there email services to them and in future it is certain that they will be provided with space also and they will completely move to GOOGLE for… more

Accept Direct Debit payment for Cloud in the UK
Right now, you have to use a credit card to make payment for cloud services each month. For a business this is not always ideal - especially if the cost is several hundreds of pounds.
Upon raising a ticket I was advised we could only pay by monthly account and bank transfer if the amount is over £1000 monthly. We spend around half that.
However, it would be very convenient if we could make payment by automatic Direct Debit from our Business Bank Account rather than an individuals credit card.

Recent updates and additions of services page
There should be a page somewhere on the main site, or in the sub sites that lists the recent updates and additions of services for all the departments. Especially Cloud and Email & Apps. That way we don't have to bother the support teams about "Has X been updated yet?"

Upgrade to Python 2.5.x
Some applications that I would like to use on my sites require Python 2.5.0 or higher. Upgrading of Python would enhance my sites functionality.

improve your billing implementation
Each account gets a PDF of all billing information for the month, but there's no order to it, and no easy way to sort/import into another tool. Can you allow exporting of XLS files, etc.?

Write a clear procedure for abuse handling by Rackspace
It would be useful to have a clear policy on what Rackspace will do when it receives an abuse complaint. Do I get to see the complaint? How much time do I have to respond? What if I have been shut down but think the complaint is false?
Having a clear document on this would make Rackspace stick out over the competition. These procedures are often very unclear. Each time I read something about it, I am concerned that my competitor could make a fake abuse complaint, and I would have no way to defend against it.

send out a billing notification email
It would be nice if I could get a billing notification email when I'm charged. Similar to what slicehost does now with a basic text invoice showing the slices and the total amount.

Export to Quickbooks.
If you use the control panel for billing the clients, you should have the option to sync or at least backup your information to quickbooks and/or other popular financial software.

Prepayment Option
Ability to pay (or at least have a balance available) in advance by month, quarter or year. This would work great when you have a fairly consistent billing cycle and would like to be able to have a budgeted amount set aside.

Better communication with customers
I would like to see better information on feedback rackspace then just a status of "started". Give us an ETA or status updates so i can plan my business around that. I already left cloud sites because of php 5.2 dont let me leave you all together for amazon

Choose Subject For Cron E-mails
It would be nice if the subject line of e-mails sent out when a cron job is completed (or has errors) could be determined from within the control panel.
Instead of getting an e-mail with the subject line 'Results of the execution of your Scheduled task No. #####', if it could at least have the domain name in it, that would be great. Even better if we could write our own subject line in the control panel.

allow broken features to be sent via trouble tickets not this feedback site
When I report problems and error messages in a trouble ticket I continuously get the run around and eventually sent here.
for example:
http://status.rackspace.com loads "page not found" website
can you please forward this to
http://status.apps.rackspace.comThis is not a suggestion, this is an error.. fix in your trouble tickets not here.

Consider social engineering
When your agent calls to verify an account they ask for:
1) The last 4 digits of your credit card
2) The expiration date of your credit cardI suggest you get your staff into a habit of "masking" personal data in a landscape of social engineering.
Perhaps rather ask:
1) I am going to give you three sets of 4 digits, one of these sets is the last 4 digits of your credit card, could you please confirm which set.
a) 1234
b) 2345
c) 34562) I am going to give you 3 expiration dates, one of these… more
