I only have one virtual host right now, and it take 10-12 seconds just to display that one host in Hosting > Cloud Servers. Then it takes another 6 seconds after I click on the one server just to display its details.

This is really unacceptable.

It would be nice if you could delegate/manage/authorize multiple users in the control panel... like Slicehost.

The idea of one admin user / account sucks. There's no way to collaborate without sharing your admin credentials...

The client billing system hasn't improved even a little bit in 5 years. There are still display errors in invoices. There are features are inaccessible such as custom billing periods. Considering this feature is actually generating additional revenue for rackspace I can't believe it is such a neglected step child. Why am I payign the highest merchant rates I've ever seen if I'm going to be given an incomplete feature

My Gmail, Facebook, and bank accounts already have an ability to offer a 2 step authentication process by requiring I enter a confirmation number that's sent to my phone.

A feature like this would go a long way to compartmentalizing our security in case, say, our email server was rooted.

Creation of new CRON jobs is a little frustrating as you can only execute a newly created job on a timed schedule.

I'm proposing a "run now" button to allow immediate execution of CRON jobs.

There seems no way to check the current mailbox size without logging into webmail. A control panel section showing current usage would help warn users reaching limit. This could link to the suggested Mailbox Upgrades mentioned in other feedback suggestion.

Create print or email feature for clients to access from their control panel. We have multiple clients that need their invoices for expense reports. We have over a hundred clients under our account and for us to manually go through each clients account from our control panel would be way too cumbersome for us to do each month. The invoice page isn't even formatted to allow someone to print from their browser.
Please fix this!!!

We have created several containers for our clients, yet we have no way to bill for the usage from a specific container nor can we see the usage broken down by container.

Show domains in groups in site lists. Main domain as header and aliases and subdomains as children.

It would be really helpful if we could enable/disable portions of the client control panel. Obviously the more control the better. Being able to control what a client can/can't do inside their control panel would be very useful!

I can understand Google dropping support, but RACKSPACE needs to find a viable alternative! Using Google analytics would require creating google accounts for all my customers!

I have been though 4 hosts in 12 years and ALL of them provided some kind of statistics.

I joined Rackspace as MOSSO. It was designed for people like me. Now I see it was just a bait and switch.

I don't see a method of updating server kernal. Do you provide that service? I know that slicehost.com (a Rackspace subsidiary) has this functionality built in to their control panel.

Currently, passwords can not contain the following characters: % * ; : ' " \ ? ` < > & #

It would be much better, security wise, if all special characters were allowed.

There are options to run a cron job daily, hourly and monthly but weekly is missing.

A 'lock' feature would be very useful as it would allow us to prevent Cloud Servers from being accidentally deleted - for example it could force an email to be sent to the primary email address which must then confirm the deletion by clicking on a confirmation link.

Without this feature we are reluctant to deploy mission critical servers in case they are accidentally or maliciously deleted from the control panel.

In the control panel, when I am navigating the domain, I many times need to go back to the client level. There should be a quick link from the domain level to the associated client. As it is now, I have to go back out to the client listing, wait for the AJAX to load, select the client and then get to the client screen.

Could we please have a way *besides* the Javascript method to access our servers? I much prefer being able to access my server out-of-band via SSH (faster, not worried about browser incompatibilities, and *not AJAX*)
