We need a Rackspace Email app for Windows-Mac Outlook/iPhone/BlackBerry/Android/Windows Mobile that keeps mail/contacts/calendar/tasks/notes up-to-date between Outlook/Webmail/mobile device.

provide implementation of various types of calendar software (iCal, Google Calendar, etc) that works with the RackSpace calendar. This would also support the use of immediate two-way sync between. Also include a mobile version that is accessible on Droid, iPhone, and BlackBerry...

Rackspace email should have the option to increase storage size as in hosted exchange. 10GB is just not enough for some heavy users...

This is the most portable and future-proof way to support access to calendars. This instantly satisfies the need for Mac and Thunderbird + Lightning.

I think it would be nice to either allow users to make additions/changes to the company directory via the webmail interface or to have some sort of shared contact list where users could add contacts that were meant to be shared with the rest of the company (like our list of clients and business contacts). That way if CompanyUserA adds OutsideCounsel to the shared contact list, then CompanyUserB automatically has access to OUtsideCounsel through the shared contact list, too.

I should be able to export my auto saved contacts to My Contacts more than one at a time.

Would be nice to get a report mail every day on every mail account with a list of al filtered mails of the day.
So every user could check the list with an effort of about 1 minute for false positive's.

Maybe there could also be an option in control panel and webmail to disable this report.

Restrict webmail access by IP address so that selected users can have access to webmail from a set of authorized IP addresses. We do not want to allow all users webmail access and some that we do want to allow access, we want to heavily restrict by limiting the IP addresses that they can successfully access their webmail account from.

When users go on vacation, mail sent to an alias receives an out-of-office reply. Confuses the sender.

Current behavior when using the "plus trick" (i.e. whoever+something@domain.com) is to move the incoming message to a "something" folder, skipping the inbox. If this folder doesn't exist, it is created.
